Came here to for a drink. Quirky/unique kind of place - decorated in red communist style. Lots of interesting art / graphics on wall. Cold beer. Worth calling in to.

Unique and cool little spot to grab a drink. All of the Communist propaganda art was badass. The drinks were good and the music was kickass! There is a downstairs that was closed when we were there (Sunday) and I hear it has even more chill art. Stop by and chill for a bit...

The bartender was polite and helped me look for food late at night which was nice.
When I came back the bar was full of hipsters listening to rap. It's even painted on the walls. Rock and Metal. This place used to be awesome. What unfortunate demise it has come to sell out to profit from these duochebag posers.

Amazing place great prices nice music and happy people glad to serve you especially a big thanks to Pablo the bartender who made us have one of the greatest nights in our trip!!!!
So glad we ended up there .
As of the drinks this bar has a huge variety of drinks to enjoy many of them you can not find easily at a normal bar .

Chilled and cheap! £1.87 a pint for starters. Was expecting to have a quiet pint before heading back to the hotel but ended up staying as it’s a lovely atmosphere and a welcoming environment with friendly people.

The cheapest bar we went to in budapest, cool atmosphere with a sense of humour about the communist history

I wish there’s a 0 star option. Went there with 2 friends for a beer where we met the most unwelcoming and rude bartender I’ve ever seen in my life. Very impolite and started swearing in Hungarian. Not worth a visit… there’s many other nice bars in the corner. I hope the owner realizes that and get rid of the bartenders before completely ruining the reputation of the bar!
