Lovely walks along the Goyt valley
Lovely place to visit, great for families and dog walkers.
You can't beat a walk through nature and history. I would of guven 5 stars if they had provided more dog waste bins. Signs just aren't enough if you expect people to pick up waste.
This is a very therapeutic spot in the heart of New Mills, once you are on foot. The sound of water is always here, and the natural stone walls alongside our built structures is a nice mix. Nearest car park is at Torr Top.
Lovely hike, good for all fitness levels including families with strollers. Definitely will recommend it for anyone around.

Definitely worth a visit . Picnic places and lots to see and do.
Really lovely walk, even in the rain....then popped into Torr Vale Mill....must visit Cheese Wheel and the Wool Shop....
