Safa Al Madina Oud Metha

I was shopping at the Oud Metha branch. The staff particularly at the checkout counters are impolite and also I have noticed that prices of goods are comparatively high. Not a great place to shop.

Good to see it open after a gap.
Fresh Vegetables, grocery, puja items, and decent stationary items of day to day use.
very good staff, good service

Stocks are limited couldn't find all things.
Meat and fish are fresh and best place to find.

Hats off to outstanding customer service and attention by their staff with special mention for Rahul.

One is trying to open shopping bags for veggies and viola Rahul is there with an open one.
Service couldn't get much better and personalised.
I'm sure the youngster has bright future ahead.

The place has been renovated and it is a lot better now. The shelves are organized, most of the products are available. Separate sections for each meat, fish, vegetables and fruits, all fresh items.There are different items put regularly on offer.
The separate stall started for confectioneries are also good, along with coffee machine.

The guy sitting in cash counter or sometimes in vegetable pricing counter is very rude. He has to improve his attitude. Suddenly they see few customers these days and the attitude changed. If you want to survive, treat customers well, since there is no great products or even the price is not reasonable. We go there for emergency shopping and even that experience is not good.

I was a regular customer of sunrise oud metha branch since 2016, staffs are helpful . Vegetable section improves its display for the past few months compared before, its getting more attractive.
