Great spot for a short hike. We took two hours. The views are great as well. Well worth the drive and yet so close to Sudbury

I would love to recommend it to everyone.
It is a short hike from the parking lot. Takes maybe 5 min in total to get to this view !

Excellent place to hike, bike, kayak, or just sit by the water. Outdoor toilets available. Very clean and well marked trails.

Lake Laurentian Conservation Area is a true gem in Sudbury, offering serene beauty and a plethora of outdoor activities. The well-maintained trails provide excellent hiking and bird-watching opportunities, with breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding forest. Perfect for a family outing or a peaceful solo escape into nature. Highly recommend for anyone looking to reconnect with the outdoors!

It’s a great place to breathe in some fresh air. Lots of parking spaces available although the road is really narrow; so tread carefully.
