Keepers Self Storage

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic experience with Keepers. They are extremely interested in the safekeeping of your property. Easily accessible. Tremendously nice staff, there's a new woman working there that's just a fantastic addition to the Keepers team. I've had a unit there for many years and their always willing to work with you accommodate anyway possible. Thank you.

I gave this facility three stars because the space is very nice and security is pretty good. I also gave it only three stars because the staff is very rude. I kept my stuff at this place a couple years ago and I got a call from the front desk about my locker not being locked. I explained I was moving out my things and the front desk person was extremely rude and condescending. Decided after that to move out completely. Fast forward to three weeks ago and I was renting a Uhaul from this place, front desk staff was rude again.

If ya don’t care about customer service keep your things here otherwise look somewhere else.

The location is great if you are in the area. Pricing is fair and I enjoy the extended hours of the office to help set new accounts set up. Dennis, from the front desk was super helpful, patient and professional. He answered all of my questions and provided a tour of the facility.

Because the storage is only accessible during office hours, you can rest assured that there is a watchful eye on all activities. It's a plus.

I recommend this place if you need a space to hold your seasonal or prized possessions if you don't have space.

just to let you another person with a locker next to mine cut my lock and when I went to my locker and my key didn't work they played stupid and didn't know anything 9 months later the manager admitted what had happened and didn't think it was necessary to let me know because he " handled" it called owner she took the attitude no harm no foul VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
