Nice Co.super profesional and eficiente,t you landa air
The shipping service is pretty good and all of the staff are dope except for one person. I don’t know her name but she always gives customers a hard time when it comes to shipping things out. She is at the last windows and always has a nasty attitude.
They are nice people but one side of the dgs are smal and their loading takes too long they been loading me 3 hours I don’t know why.
They literally super rude and trying to promote a fight with drivers picking up from them. Manuel their employe is a danger for everyone
I saw this one guy Manuel tried to jump on driver who was picking up from them and tried to fight with him. Land air express you hire aggressive and dangerous people. 1 Star for u
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. PICKED UP CARGO WITH WRONG PAPERWORK, THEY GOT INFURIATED WHEN I CORRECTED THEIR MISTAKE. THEN REFUSED TO HELP AFTER GIVING THEM BACK THE WRONG DOCUMENTS THEY GAVD ME. I COULD HEAR THEM MUMBLING ABOUT ME, NOT IN GOOD WORDS, IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN.
Almost every representative I've spoken to in that company, has 0 professionalism along with snarky comments that are unnecessary.
They need a huge lesson in manners or a fire and rehire of staff who can deliver real customer service.
