Bounce It Up

I’ve been to Bounce It Up a couple of times and I’ve always had great experiences. I recently threw a party for my son and Moody, the host, was the absolute best. From when I arrived to set up until it was time to go, Moody was there. Whatever I needed for the party, Moody was there to make it happen. I ordered food from the menu and it comes from a restaurant that BIU has a partnership with. Unfortunately the food arrived 30 minutes later than expected. Even though it wasn’t Moody’s fault, he was very apologetic and extended my party time to accommodate the food arriving late. At the end of the party, John, a staff member, came to clean up the entire party, which is part of the party package. Overall, this was a great experience. I definitely recommend this amusement center for kid’s parties. If it’s in your budget, book the silver or gold room. The privacy is worth it.

Our first time here. My grandkids definitely had a good time they also have a section for the little ones which was perfect for my grandson who’s 1 year old . They played for hours and slept all the way home lol. The only thing that I was disappointed about was there was not enough seating for the people who were not having a birthday party. Other than that we had a great time and the pizza was delicious!!

This is our first time here, we did my daughter’s B-day here and it was amazing. Everything was just perfect. Kids had a blast! Charles assisted us that day and he was amazing! We set up how we wanted, and they made the cleaning process so easy on us. They come in and take down everything for you. Definitely coming here again.

Had my son’s birthday party here & it was amazing, everyone loved the party. All the kids had a blast they did not want to leave. The decoration setup was amazing & beautifully done. The staff were super friendly & attentive. I don’t think I have to say much about the price it speaks for itself where can someone have a child’s party with 20 kids included , 4 large pizzas & 4 large pitchers of pop for under $400? It’s unheard of , this is cheaper than having a party in your own backyard or at a park. Definitely recommend this place to all parents, trust me you will not leave disappointed. Will be coming back for sure & recommending this place to friends & family.

According to the kids ages 5-8 this place is live and super fun. They have an area for the smaller kids but the bounce houses provide plenty of bounce for the kids along with the area that has the ball pit. Probably the main attraction the kids love playing in there. Fair warning it might be a challenge getting them out of here! The hardest part is leaving because once your in the kids will be in their zone! We went to a birthday party and it looked like they ordered pizza from the venue so that’s a plus!

We had our son’s birthday party here in the Silver Room. The packages were adequately priced. We had pizza for the kids and brought in our own food for family/adults. We got the bundle for game cards for the kids to enjoy while playing. The service is great and the staff is very wonderful. The activities were great for our age group and the facilities a comfortable size. We highly recommend!

We had a FANTASTIC experience for our son's birthday party. Very nice and organized. Huge play area with so much to do for young and older kids! Would highly recommend it! Very friendly staff, especially the young man that helped with our party! (Wish I got his name)
