A nice facility with a selection of new vehicles you can sit in, and some interactive displays about technology and vehicle manufacturing. There is a gift shop where you can buy Toyota merchandise, etc. They don’t do factory tours anymore however, so this basically felt like a glorified car showroom (which I can go to back home). Entry is free, and parking is free. Unless you’re in the area, I personally wouldn’t bother. To view their virtual online factory tour, navigate to global.toyota/jp/company/plant-tours/

no point of going here till August 2024 due to renovation. Even after that, I doubt it's worthwhile for petrol heads, it's more a showroom than anything else. Factory tours are still suspended.

A small but very interesting exhibition hall includes several facilities for children with explanation and illustration. Of course the staff is kind and nice

Overall. besides ohhing and ahhing over the toyota cars on display , you get a see videos of how cars are made including the intricate art of spray painting a car .
It also tells of how corporate responsibility plays a big part in Toyota’s philosophy.
Overall a nice visit .
It’s free admission

As a place that represents the world best-selling automaker this museum is a joke.
30 minute walk and that’s all you can see.
18 cars exhibited and some explanations about hybrid and hydrogen engines.
Also, the are no tours to the factory.
They should make something like BMW WELT and BMW museum, sincerely I was expecting something like that.
The museum is far away from Osaka or Tokio (3.5hours from each city) so the experience doesn’t compensates the time inversion.

Great museum and very accommodating. I get to hop in those expensive cars. You just have to be careful.
