We got there at 10 am on a Thursday and there were two people ahead of us. After a 10 minutes wait, we were asked to go in and we were greeted by Craig, the friendliest Civil Servant you ever met. Craig was kind and efficient and we were out of there in less than 10 minutes.

I ask for a simple Apostille. Send them all my information, money order, all paperwork , my self addressed envelope . They send me everything back , without Apostille I saw on web .that if they have any question to add my phone and email address.
They just like to waist our taxpayers money, but don't like to help

I came here to get an apostille. Walk-in hours is from 9 am - 1 pm. Very nice receptionist and the staff inside the office. I arrived at 9, no line... No body actually lol. Fast service. 2$. They accept only debit card and credit card, no cash. I parked on the street for 0.45$/hour (something like that). It's a nice area to walk around too.

What a great experience, my personal advice is DO NOT park on the street if you can. I saw an unfortunate accident. It will be a terrible misfortune for you to go handle some business at SOS and come out and your car is damaged be safe and just park in the garage on Calvert Street and take the 10-minute brisk walk to Francis St. Our state capital is beautiful 😍 🤩.

got here right when they opened to get my birth certificate apostilled, it took maybe 10 minutes tops. Can't speak for when it's busy, but the actual apostille process takes literally 2 minutes

A couple of weeks ago I was doing some paperwork ( apostille ) of some personal documents. And the truth is that the service was fast and excellent. I want to let you know that the employee named Grace is super friendly and 100% efficient, I want to say thank her very much for the great service

Have not adjusted to COVID well. Waited one month for my apostille appointment and they were not ready and would not let me wait in the building where there is more than enough room for several people to social distance. So I had to wait 10 minutes in 87• heat when you go in you sign with same pen as everyone else etc. they are picking and choosing parts of Covid Just to make things inconvenient Typical government
