The worst take-out experience - no actually worst experience with a restaurant ever. Cheated by the employees and not once but twice. Rude employees who don't understand basic instructions and when they make a mistake they blame the customer. Pathetic. It had been a while since I ate at KFC, will never go again now.

Everytime time you guys miss out to send the cool drink in my orders. Very worst service and responding by the team KFC . I had called twice to customer and they said I have raised the ticket one was may 4th and again after a week I raised the complaint again as there was no response for the last ticket raised. And customer care support promised me the issue will be solved and giving false statements 😤😤😤. Never excepted by KFC management this kind of service by you people. It’s good that people post social media directly when we face irregular delivery and incomplete order. It’s been 20 days crossed till now no response and no refund … and no solution to the complaints I had raised… In fact professionally I had mailed but no response.. I want KFC to refund the amount . Because I had faced twice incomplete order in Hyderabad Kapil tower KFC.. please cancel the license to the Kapil tower KFC.. and people are not satisfied with that outlet at Kapil tower KFC with dinning in and deliveries… I request KfC management to refund my amount

Disappointing Experience at KFC Outlet, Kapil Towers

My recent visit to the KFC outlet at Kapil Towers left me disappointed and frustrated. Despite being hungry and eager to grab a quick bite, I was met with blunt refusals and poor customer service.

Upon my first attempt to place an order around 11:30 am, I was told that they were not accepting any orders. Understandably, this left me perplexed, especially considering the bustling atmosphere of the food court. Determined to understand the situation, I returned later around 2 pm, only to encounter the same scenario of orders being declined.

The turning point came when I requested a written statement regarding their refusal to accept orders. This simple request seemed to trigger action, as the manager intervened and reluctantly took my order, citing staffing shortages and overwhelming demand as the reasons behind the inconvenience.

While I appreciate the manager's eventual acknowledgment of the situation and his efforts to accommodate my order, the initial lack of transparency and the inconvenience caused by the inconsistent service left a sour taste in my mouth.

In conclusion, my experience at the KFC outlet in Kapil Towers fell short of expectations due to poor communication and inadequate staffing. I hope that the management addresses these issues promptly to ensure a smoother and more satisfying customer experience in the future.

Pathetic-pathetic experience. There was only one staff at the outlet, the poor lady was taking the orders alongside wrapping them. Had to wait in the queue itself for 20 mins when we were the first people there. At last had to leave without eating as the lady never came back to the order counter. Ridiculous. The sad part is my friend came out to eat for the very first time, forget about having chickens wings, he couldn’t even see them properly. He is still hangry! 🥺

The burger is good and the taste is also decent and the bread is fresh and soft. The chicken is well cooked.

Ambiance is not much great and needs to be well maintained.

Service is a little bit slow but it's okay.
