Great artists with a problematic landlord. The tenants should all Unionize!
E-Z parking, nice clean wide hallways. I was just visiting a friend but lives there I was not going to any public event that day

The twice annual Art Walk is a fantastic (and free) LA event. Seeing a variety of artworks and styles, in the artists' live/work space is inspiring, and fun.
Amazing place. One of a kind art. Loved coming here so many beautiful things to see
