Old building. But direct access to public transport (lrt damai). Got new parking building built only for customer to utc, not for lrt parking.

There are a lot of hidden gems for food culinary, snacks, tint distributors etc.

I parked my car here to renew my passport at Mini UTC Keramat. Very convenient. 👍

A building that houses mainly Govt offices ( UTC ) eg: Immigration, Road transport dept etc. Usefull for that purpose only. There are several local eateries if Malay local food is your palate. There are photo shops that one usually need for photos and photo copies of ones documents. The new multi storey parking lot that is connected to the Mall is so convinient!

Not crowded. To those whom prefer escapism for quick healing, this is one of the best choices. Near and plenty of parking space.

Keramat Mall presents a disheartening picture of neglect and decline. Worn down long before the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic, the mall appears more abandoned than operational. Numerous small businesses have shuttered, creating a desolate atmosphere, especially on weekdays. Despite its proximity to Damai LRT Station, the grim state of the mall deters potential visitors. Parking is a precarious venture, pushing commuters towards LRT or GrabCar for convenience. The adjoining Mini UTC Keramat, however, stands as a saving grace, drawing occasional foot traffic.

The mall's dismal condition extends to its facilities, with public toilets marked by dirt and unpleasant odors. Maintenance is visibly lacking, contributing to an overall pitiful ambiance. Despite these shortcomings, a silver lining emerges in the form of a Melayu-centric food court, offering tasty dishes at reasonable prices. Without the anchor of Mini UTC, Keramat Mall struggles to justify visits, leaving one to ponder its continued existence amidst a rapidly evolving retail landscape.

There a UTC there and its so convenient. Just problems with parking space. And some construction activists going on. And a lot of goldsmiths shop. Good luck Mr husbands
