Midori Ramen

My partner and I went to try their Ramenlicious for the week. The restaurant itself isnt big and so can get a bit noisy. But it was very clean and had great friendly service.
This weeks special was their Matcha Ramen, which had a very subtle hint of matcha but the broth was very creamy. I felt the matcha flavor could have been a bit stronger as I do like the earthy matcha flavor.
My partner and I got their Aigamo Tataki (duck) appetizer. This was nicely paired with the dipping relish they gave. My partner got their Black Garlic Ramen as a main. This had a very nice garlic flavor and would highly recommend for anyone who loves the taste of garlic.
Overall highly recommend this place for anyone who loves ramen.

Service and ambiance is great! Combo is great value. Beware of the gyoza as it comes pre sauced! Still great tho. Ramen was good too but char siu was a bit too fatty for me

Food is wonderful. It's the taste of Japan. The chicken broth is really good. I like the softness of the chicken breast. The spicy broth is super good with the spice can tingle a little in your throat. Thank you for the tasty food and excellent service. We will come back for sure.

Really nice spot with great decor. Staff were super friendly and quite attentive. Ordered some Chicken Karaage. Chicken was juicy and cooked quite well, but breading lacked a bit of flavour. However, both the mayo and chili garlic paste compensated. Also ordered a Black Miso ramen with thin noodles. I was a bit hesitant since the broth is chicken based instead of pork. Happy to say it did not disappoint, with the broth being quite flavourful and garlicky. Thin noodles were also good.

I visited this shop twice and I am very satisfied with both experience.

Food:
I love their chicken broth, very flavorful and creamy but not greasy. I drank all soup and even wanted more, but too bad that it cost $7 for extra soup (I guess they will give you another whole bowl of soup, not just 1-2 cups) I also liked that they have both chicken and Chashu for the toppings, so I don’t have to struggle in choosing and can enjoy both.
I also tried their Almond Tofu, love it 🥰

Service: Staffs are very nice, friendly and attentive. They carry their smile all the time and happy to help.

Atmosphere: place is nice, not very big, so it’s a bit close to next table when it’s full house; but they are having patio now. I love sitting by the window where the landscape model is. It just makes me feel some sort of relaxed.

This was my first visit to this location but happy to report that the consistency is met across the 3 locations I’ve had the opportunity of dining at. Just like my previous review, the star of the show was the broth in both bowls very well accompanied by the sides.

Overall, happy to say that this place has my recommendation and would not disappoint if one’s looking for hearty bowl of ramen served up in a good location with good service and a fitting atmosphere.

Food was warm and good. The vibe on the place is nice and clean. Our server Hinaka was very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. She very accommodating and suggested some good options for us. Overall it was a good place to eat 👍
