It's been a great place for buying a gift 🎁 such as Chocolate

Walking street, a lot of tourists, most of them are tourist goods, only suitable for casual observation, and there is a metro station

We came here to celebrate our birthday. I am their member. The service staff here are great, especially Andy. He intimately answered our members and told us that we could choose Shoutao after dinner. Great experience 👍

this is where u enter the chinatown, or 牛车水 in mandarin. the mandarin name has a history story behind like how cows and waterwheels played a role in Singapore history and the chinese ancestors coming to Singapore and later settle down here. although Singapore is largely Chinese-ethnicity society, the Chinese atmosphere could be best experienced here, those red signs lamps lanterns and chinese ad boards, and vendors promoting their 'chinese-style commodity and souvenirs' in chinese. a very iconic place of interest especially in terms of Singapore's unique identity

Kinda expensive if you buy stuff there.

Entrance of Chinatown station, you can already feel the Chinese atmospheres, everywhere in red. If you're tourist , better buy souvenirs from here, surely a lot of variety and cheaper than any other places. Also must try their authentic local and China cuisines in restaurants instead of hawker stalls. Wonderful to see many elderly people gathering together in the parks playing chess and xiangqi in spare times. A lot of restaurants in here offered very reasonable price for buffet hot- pot. Many of them got different level of spiciness, so be sure to inform them about your preference before they try to impress you by their level of spiciness.

If you love chinese foods and wanna taste authentic chinese foods, this place have a long stretch of chinese restaurants.
