I took my wife's Victorian ring to be made bigger. They made it bigger but made the settings for the diamond loose and a diamond dropped out and we never found it. Irreplaceable. Such a bad service, never EVER use this place. If I could give them -5 rating I would.
Staffs are not at helping
AL jazira jewelery branch 1 has the worst customer service ever. They sold me a bracelet that got broken the same day and scammed me 250 dirhams as they refused to return it. Then they said they have no managers and i cannot complain, all of them are managers.

I purchased gold chains many times here in this shop. Very friendly staff with helping nature. I visted today for bracelet but could not find the right one.
