There is nothing wrong with the pool but I got a bottle of fresh orange from vending machine and it was a month past it’s best before date
Staff told me they could legally sell it because it was best before date but I don’t think so.

It's difficult to receive weekly updates on the progress of swimming lessons. Other than that, everything is fine.

I was enjoying taking my daughter to swimming lessons up until the lights in the pool area were being switched off. It is difficult to see from an area of bright light into the dim pool area especially as the glare from the glass reflects back into the waiting area. This is an issue for those that are photosensitive. It would have been better to have the lights on in the pool and dimmed in the parent viewing zone. 2 members of staff repeatedly told me they don't turn the lights off 🤦🏻♀️ the swimming teacher wanted the lights in the pool on also as commented to the children it was too dark. With staff being economical with the actuality I asked for a refund of fees I'd paid.

Not the best public swimming pool. Facilities are ok but they are quite small. Just personal preference. Pool is ok and large enough.

Very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Learn to swim classes very good and professional.

Quickest 10 minutes of my life.
Learner pool Cold.
Was there from 11am yesterday (12/10) for all of 10 minutes. The slide got brought out. My child got excited. Granted my toddler ran- however I told him off.
I know lifeguard duties and all, but he could clearly see and hear me telling my toddler off but still decided it necessary to stick his 2cents in and tell my child off.
If I wasn’t there, speaking to him yourself would be fine. However, I was. And the way the lifeguard spoke was not ok. Obviously doesn’t have kids of his own else he’d know how to talk to them. My toddler got upset and didn’t want to be in the pool any longer. So thanks for that!
Also, check the keys before you put 10p in the locker and lose the money. First locker had a broken key strap. Had to go to reception in my costume to change money for another 10 for another locker.

I'll start with The pools fine, temperature is okay. And I'm sure that the issues I do have would be isolated to a certain time of day and only involve one group of people.
My gripes would be the Changing rooms can be very busy at times leaving people standing around waiting to get changed after their swim due to overbooking use of pool, the aqua fit class then feels it's acceptable to use the baby changing when their are infants waiting to get dressed. Aqua fit attendees also seem to think they can abandon their cars in the car park without regard for others trying to get in/out of their cars. Lastly aqua fit(again) like to use every locker available without paying to lock them, so when your looking for a free one it's pot luck.
Easy Solutions would be
stagger activities (suggest aqua fit starting maybe 15 mins later)
Enforce payment of lockers by removing items left in changing rooms.
Remind aqua fit attendees to either park properly or hand in their license.
To sum up, great pool unless aqua fit is on
