The Beach House Inn

Our bathroom in our room was disgusting. The toilet seat was peeling and had some brown/reddish stains on it. The seat was clearly yellow compared to the toilet porcelain, and it was really just off putting. The shower had mold in it on top of that and the bathroom floor was sticky. I can't believe this place can't put clean toilet seats on the toilets! The walls are thin and we could hear our neighbors talking in the room next to us. The good things are that the place is close to the beach and they have bikes and beach chairs for the guests. Maybe they could sell a bike to replace the toilet seat in our room. I would never stay here again.

We’ve stayed here 2 years and a row and have loved both experiences. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean and updated. Pricing is fair and you’re right on the ocean.

We love the location - close to Kennebunkport and Kennebunk proper for small amenities and just a short walk from Mother’s Beach.

Private Parking is right behind the hotel, which gave us peace of mind. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing time and this place was so nice and clean and friendly. It's also right across the street from the water which is a big plus. It is just out of town enough to be out of the crowd but close enough to go into town and get something to eat etc

10/10 location. Room was a bit small but had everything we needed. Friendly staff. Free bikes on the hotel premises for guests to use. Reasonable price compared to other options in KPT.

I felt like I was staying in my grandma's guest room and I couldn't have been happier about it. This is such a special place and really feels like home. We adventured all over Maine and were so grateful to rest our heads and aching feet here. Everyone was so friendly and kind, always eager to help. The coffee and tea was perfect for the mornings and evenings. The beds were clean and cozy, the amenities were thoughtful and the view was incredible! I truly hope to return and enjoy this lovely hotel again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Beach House Inn. My wife ended up being sick and we just enjoyed the ocean from our lovely room. Lovely treats for breakfast every day.
