Renaissance are a great partner. We recently upgraded our server and had some teething issues. The team went above and beyond to make sure all of the issues were resolved.
We have used Renaissance for our I.T. support at Independent Mortgage Advice Bureau for many years and are really happy with the service they provide. Pleasant support team and super efficient at sorting any issues, plus they give great advice & suggestions about any changes we should make, clearly explaining the benefits. They have also completed multiple large migrations for us over the years without issue.

Excellent work from Renaissance. I had issues with my computer system for my business and these guys sorted it. Professional and fast service, I would highly recommend!
All the staff are extremely helpful and will jump on to your pc to help when ever you call. Louis recently managed to solve a recurring issue I had with Microsoft and my emails and thankfully didn't give up until it was resolved!

Brilliant support and help from Renaissance. Working off an old POP3 system for years at our company and had so many issues. Few discussions with Renaissance and got a plan agreed to upgrade and move us to 365. Cant believe the difference! New email system is so much more efficient for our day to day working. Walked through the whole process and kept updated throughout. Great work whole team at Renaissance! IT Support provided by this company at my workplace is exceptionally good and competitively priced.
