Really bad food. Pizza is worse than store made pizza. Made it sad that the prices charged were high. We don’t mind paying but bad food was a massive turn off.

Service was mediocre. My battery was about to die and ordering had to be done online. I gently asked the servers to help but to no avail.

My friend came later with a usb plug to ask once again but the staff was really inflexible. Sadly, seemed like they did not wish to be there and I don’t think it’s their fault - management can consider equipping them better.

The silver lining really was the live band. Great energy, super sweet singer who even said goodbyes to customers who were leaving. Really good vocals too.

Come here only if you want to enjoy the ambience. Get a drink to unwind but that’s all you should anticipate!

Nachos were just so-so with very little dip.

A thing that surprise me is that I have to pay before food or drinks can be served. Never experience this at a bistro before.. maybe they've many experiences where customer didn't pay..

Anyway a great place for beer bedside the reservoir!

Staff were helpful to keep our bag of stuff while we took a walk at the reservoir. It wasn't crowded on a Sunday night. The food arrived warm, not hot. The pizza is quite big while the pasta portion is smaller than expected. The food taste average for the price. No mosquito bites while dining there. I guess we were paying for the ambience, the live singing (you can suggest songs for the singer to sing) and views of the Reservoir. It is non air con dining which is fine for dinner. The place is spacious too, with its own toilets. Can accommodate a big group dinner.

Normal food, basic service. Place is nice and cooling with a good view. Having a live band in the evening sets the atmosphere too.

We were really annoyed by the staff. Rude and bad communication. We wanted to stop with a small child for a snack and refreshment on a hot day. There was not a single customer and the staff were ignoring us as we searched for where to enter the restaurant's/bar's outdoor seating. Then when we found the entrance, some staff ran over to block us and tell us you cannot bring the stroller. There were 0 customers and nowhere to leave the stroller outside within view. No customer service e.g. would you like a table? No help, as in, "you can leave the stroller here where you can see it". Just rudely blocked the only customers from getting in to pay for food and drink. Luckily your ugly wooden panel outdoor floors didn't have to suffer from a stroller touching them though. Surprised you are not already out of business. Get f'd.

The food is a hit and miss. The quality is not consistent. Nachos here were one of my favorite but offlate that too is not upto the mark. The toppings are like hardly any. I pointed out and asked for more and was charged extra for a spoonful. Definitely an yes for the location and views it offers of the bedok reservoir.

A really great place to hang out and have a few beers. Great location, with a nice view across Bedok Reservoir. Very nice and cool in the early evening, with a good breeze across the water. Very pleasant and efficient staff. Will certainly be back again in the near future. Excellent beer selection too. Easily accessible by bus or MRT.
