Enjoyed the new matcha! Must highlight that staff Phurpa & Ashin is very friendly and helpful! Described our drinks perfectly.

I ordered Small Iced Americano with one pump white mocha and cold foam, medium roasted coffee. However, the order received looks nothing like that and I only realized after leaving. So disappointed as this branch was one of my favorite branches.

One of the best Starbucks out here in Dubai, with well groomed, soft spoken staffs. Have been here in Drive through as well and can remember mainly an Indian lady Ms Pawandeep Kaur for her outstanding friendly service. But recently few times when I went, didn’t noticed her.

I always ordered matcha coconut milk from starbucks. Which is so far the best i can get in dubai.

Am a regular to starbucks. Was super disappointed when my daughter ordered a drink without the ice. Didn't realise they will give half the glass! When asked, I was told this is the recipe without the ice. Never had this experience in other outlet.

The staff is awesome!

I visited the place at around 14:56 pm today (1/8/2023), I ordered a Matcha Latte Grande and a Skinny Blueberry Muffin. Shortly after, I accidentally made the Latte Cup fall down and it was totally my mistake. The staff came and clean the place (I am so sorry, guys), and made me a new cup of Matcha Latte. I do think the staff is wonderful, professional and friendly. Let's give them a salary rise.
