Staff was super friendly. Food came out quickly. Very large servings.

The food here is always excellent. They make their own pasta and bread. I have eaten here many times and I have never had a bad experience.

This was my 3rd time at the Rome restaurant. The Fettuccini Alfredo with sausage is amazing. The Buffalo wings and soups are some of the best I have ever had. I highly recommend the Rome to anyone in the Franklin Mass area.

Rome is a family-driven gem in Franklin, where the Colace Brothers carry forward the legacy of genuine Italian cuisine. Freshness is their forte—soups, sauces, and pizzas are made daily without preservatives or additives, ensuring flavors that speak for themselves.
Their menu boasts classic Italian favorites, each dish a testament to tradition and quality ingredients. While the ambiance is unassuming, the focus on authentic flavors and warm hospitality by the Colace Brothers shines through.
Rome offers a taste of true Italian cooking without breaking the bank. It's a spot where authenticity meets affordability, inviting patrons to relish the essence of homemade Italian fare.

Very good place. Delicious food and service. Free bread serving with dipping olive oil! Only drawback probably is the inside, decoration and furniture feel old and seating is not very comfortable.

I saw the good reviews online so I decided to give this place a try. I got the chicken a la Roma with homemade spaghetti. It was delicious. The chicken had really good flavor and the bread they give you is real fresh too! My only complaint would be the price. At least they give you big portions. I'll be back!

This Italian restaurant is quaint with a homey atmosphere and great service! The steak seemed a bit under seasoned, but the penny with tomato sauce was great! The bread was nice, but small portions. The most amazing part, which is the best around was the thin, homemade fettuccine. The Alfredo sauce was light and the noodles were almost velvety, they were so paper-thin. All meals are large and room for leftovers. Only the lack of seasoning, and the strange restroom stall that is not large enough to stand in and close the stall door, these were only items that kept this from a 5.
