Backup to any available dock before you walk in to the check door and then will let them know what door you are at. And you can park at the side shoulder of the main entrance give them 10 star

I lost my phone on the flight from UK to Chicago. Rep left a voice message on my land line that they found it, but after 6 days and numerous calls I am no closer to getting my phone back. They don't answer the phones most of the time, or give me the run-around about the steps I need to take to get it back. I just want my phone!!
Absolute worst airline. Staff is usually late to counter/ check ins. One delay after another and to top it off an ancient website which lacks basic information and functions.
24 hours open i don't think so they open 8am to 11pm hahahhaha
British airways cancelled a flight otp-lhr and don’t told why , no reason, then after 2 days in london the flight was late and security don’t gave priority to late persons , I was running and almost late, 3 minutes left to close the gate . Really no organization at BA
1st in line today everything went well. There were 15 trucks behind me at 0830. Office opens 8am
Waited 1.5 hours and the line never moved. Ended up leaving. No one told us anything, they just walked pass everyone without a word.
