Clean space. Not overcrowded. Great seating areas. Clean restrooms. Service is friendly, attentive and helpful. Tasty food before a long flight! Relaxing seats with charging ports conveniently accessible, though some of the USB charging ports near nicer chairs are broken. But there are so many so there was no problem finding different ones.
Great food and drinks. Excellent customer service provided by staff.
Very poor breakfast buffet. Little selection, no fresh bread, no cheeses, dried out scrambled eggs. Coffee was fine, but get breakfast before you get here.
Both my daughter and I are gluten free so we don't expect to have a huge array of choice at any lounge but Chef Donnely changed that trend as he went above and beyond to cater for our dietary requirements.
He put aside some chicken from the chicken dish that didn't have any sauce on so we could eat it and he made me one of the tastiest burgers I've ever had!
The showstopper for my daughter was the gf cookie and brownie dessert he hand made from scratch which was absolutely delicious. All of his food was top restaurant quality and absolutely delicious.
He truly made the end of our time in Boston one to remember. Thank you Chef Donnely! ☺️

Lovely lounge to chill in before flight. Ordering from my phone was a bonus and food and drink options were great.
The only downside was an ultra loud bloke in the lounge while I was there, money can't buy you class (or volume control).

One of the best lounges in its class. Phenomenal drinks service with a bar serving a broad selection of cocktails. An excellent app to order a la carte dishes as well as a buffet for other food. Nicely furnished and friendly staff.
Oh this lounge defeated every US lounge in us I hv been to. Unlike cold dry sandwiches you see In US lounges, welcome to atkeast 8 dishes, 6 salads, nice soup, some exotic enhanced water, sift drinks , wine n alcohol, lot of tables, nearly every seat with power supply....shower places...desserts....n well it just doesn't end there. Custom menu ordering right from your seat. This was my first among frosty look of servers, this was a change. Had 4 types of buyers n pasta n cocktails served right to you....BA...you delayed my flight to boston for 16 hrs n I swear I won't travel again but your lounge covered it :) whoever designed the service kudos to you.. excellent!
