Good (and very pleasant service). The first dining area is small but pleasant. The food was average, although when eating on the and shortly after, it does fill a whole. A much better place to be sat than the minute terminal downstairs so worth visiting for pleasant seating alone

This lounge is spacious and has very friendly and helpful staff. However the food is an absolute disgrace. Limited choice and very poor quality. Sandwiches were curled up at the edges and the very limited "hot" was unappetising and luke warm. A very substandard lounge offering and not what you would expect for a business class lounge.

Not sure why all of the negatives reviews about this lounge. Maybe because it used to be part of the Priority Pass and they skimped a bit but they no longer accept Priority Pass and my experience of the lounge on July 12, 2023 was great.

I was flying Business class on Aer Lingus and other Business class airlines have access as well. Perhaps because we arrived just as the lounge was re-opening at 3 PM that everything was clean and and all the food offerings were fully stocked had something to do with my opinion but this was as nice as many other Business class lounges I've been to both domestically and internationally.

While it's not on par with United's Polaris Lounge at EWR, it's also far less crowded and the staff, especially the bar staff, would regularly come around and refrill your drinks without having to go back up to the bar which was a very nice touch.

There was a nice variety of both hot and cold food and well as snacks along with a coffee bar.

I wouldn't hesitate to visit this lounge again in fact I'm looking forward to it

This is a decent size lounge with comfy seats . The downside side of this is service even though staff is friendly, yet the product is way below what is considered a business class. The food is very minimal and cold for breakfast, only cold eggs and fruits!really! For the price you pay for the ticket? It is a joke. BA needs to step up

A total disgrace to anything that BA believe they stand for.
Lounge does not open until the person that is doing their Instagram is ready.
Food presentation is beyond pathetic and the ‘First Class’ dining is bizarre in that after 70 minutes there is still nothing to eat other than the butter!!!!

It has to be the worst lounge in the world and BA have some bad ones to compete.

The food was worse here. We tried the buffet and there were some chicken currys but the chicken was dry. For a British airways lounge this is no example. The staff tried hard and were very polite. There is also a first class diner section but the food is below business or first standard. My advice is to eat in the plane and skip the pre dining options. The wines were good in the lounge.

Wow... This lounge was almost completely empty. Let's just jump into the details.

1. 3 reds and 3 whites and 5 kinds of beer and some soda.
2. No liquor for Priority Pass
3. Coffee maker was the best part
4. There's Oreos, wasabi peas and some gross dried fruit
5. The soups are okay
6. The sandwich meats and cheese ARE NOT on ice which I think is against code but I did see a staff member check the temp every 30 minutes but still doesn't make me feel safe.
7. There were apples, bananas, and oranges and bags of chips
8. This is not the worst lounge I've been in but it's pretty close.
9. It was nice how empty it was cause I could sit anywhere and hold some meetings without disturbing anyone.
