I was talking with your agent about the charge that I paid today for full day parking at Notre Dame Parent Avenue/ Sussex Drive in Ottawa.
My license plate is BZ……07
I parked the car at 7.30am and used the QR code since their machine was not working.
It is clearly written on their machine that if parking is done before 8am then the charge is $14 but I was charged $18.
I am forwarding the receipt as well as the pictures of the machine where it is clearly written that charge before 8am is $14.
I must get my refund.
I wrote multiple emails to them with no acknowledgment of the signage or refund.
They seem to be running a fraud with misleading customers.
I would like to Escalate this to your manager because this seems like a fraud and it gives an absolute false impression about the charge displayed to the public. This is very likely to go viral on social media.
Nowhere is written when you are paying with your QR code that the rates are different for paying at meter and through your QR code. I will do what I need to do from my side!!

I used to love parking here but unfortunately parking went for 12 dollars per day (6am-6pm) to 17... its cheaper to park at the city of Ottawa Clarence street garage now.
Rude and dishonest staff. Wait for us to pay the maximum then yell to us that we are not allowed to park here due to a funeral. Cannot believe such a rude and dishonest person is working for the church.
Parking lot had no winter maintenance. Thick snow accumulation.
Great spot to park in the evenings, $7 for the whole night (at least on a Wednesday, don't know about weekends).
If going to watch the fireworks, get there way earlier than you think you need to as the parking lot fills up quickly.
As for the church. It's been many years since I have been inside but I remember it as being a very beautiful church.

Very disappointed. I tried two different machines to pay and the price is actually 16$ and not 12$ until 6pm. There's no one or no phone number to contact to make a claim. There's no sign that indicates a different price.
Convenient location behind the church with free parking during church service. Ample parking but you have to use the pay machines on weekends as there are no attendants and the machines are difficult so bring a credit card to pay. Up to 12 dollars max for the day but you have to be gone by 6pm latest
