My Experience at The Square was nothing short of remarkable, special Thanks to Mr. Karan and Mr. Surajit, who provided us with top-notch hospitality throughout our meal. Their attentiveness, knowledge of the menu, and willingness to cater to our preferences truly elevated our dining experience.
In addition to the exceptional food and service, the restaurant's ambiance was inviting and comfortable. Whether you're dining with friends, family, or a special someone, The Square at Novotel, Imagica offers a wonderful setting for any occasion.

For some weird reason the management deemed it OK to carry on repair work inside the restaurant with keeping it open doe lunch service. One had to literally raise voice to have the non stop hammering going on..
Very average quality of food. They are not able to make the basic Indian desserts correctly. I mean that is just surprising.
My first issue started as soon as I sat down in the chair. I think that they have got their measurements wrong. The hight of the table to the chair is absolutely wrong. Again for me these are basics that you cannot go wrong with.

This restaurant is mostly popular for buffet meals. The menu has more vegetarian options than non-vegetarian options and the items are nothing more than what you wouldn't get in a typical India. buffet. They are all cooked well and served hot.
But my Al-a-carte experience was far far better. I had ordered the Grilled Red Snapper Plate. The restaurant admitted it's very rare that someone orders Al-a-carte of such an exclusive item hence preparation time would be 45mins. I accepted and waited for my order and it was worth the wait.

The individually priced items are expensive, but dinner buffet is well priced and has great variety and taste. Live music during the buffet was pleasant, and the staff were extremely attentive and prompt. Social distancing measures were lacking, with the restaurant at 100% capacity and tables positioned only a couple of feet from each other.
Extremely friendly and courteous staff . Special shout out to Pradip, Suman and Tapan.

Chow mein
Chicken tikka
Mojito
Long island ice tea
Fresh orange juice
Fresh watermelon juice
Cold coffee
Masala tea
French fries
We also enjoyed the dinner buffet spread and the breakfast spread.
The place is child friendly and during the breakfast there was a fun filled parade of imagica cartoon characters headed by Tubby - the imagica mascot.
