It's a spot where the locals go ..the drinks are good (and strong), the sushi is great and the rest of the menu is as well! Nothing fancy, but definitely a chill spot for dinner and drinks and even takeout!
From the U.K. on holiday in Plymouth. Had to drive over as didn’t have a phone number to call. Lovely food but assumed that the dishes would come with rice as on the menu it says ‘served with white rice’ they didn’t. But had enough food to eat without it.
The food here is fabulous! Always taste fresh and made with good ingredients. On this visit, we sat in for a few coronas and ordered our usual take out order for the whole family. The sesame chicken is our sons favorite, he gets it every time we order from here. We love the sushi, chow mein, lo mein, eggrolls, tempura, wonton soup...I could go on and on. Our order is always around $100 and we enjoy it every time. No complaints here!!
Our group of friends went to Red Tea Garden recently on a Friday night.
The staff was very pleasant and efficient. It is a small place in a little strip mall near the Plymouth airport.
The food was good, plentiful and nicely served. It was quiet enough for nice conversations and they did not rush us out. Would definitely go here again.

Came here on a recommendation, and would not recommend. Pretty low bar when it comes to Chinese food. The fried rice was a mushy mess that clearly was sitting around for a while. No flavor. The waitress barely looked at us and didn’t provide any service. No welcome. No asking us how everything was. No asking if we wanted to refill. Nothing.
Dining room was way too dark and no music playing. Two large screens were on without sound. The food was pretty good. Scallion pancakes the best I've had in a long time. The Mai tais at 10$ were very weak. I'd go back again. They seemed to have a lot of take out business for a Tuesday night
Although food was excellent, they could teach their waitstaff to be more pleasant and available! Waitress was rushing us from the minute we sat down but once our food came out she was nowhere to be found! This is always a complaint of many people! Great food but rude employees! Especially in dining area. The old place that was once there went above and beyond to welcome people! Wish they would do the same?
