BRIC

I attended with a dear friend and we had a great time. The event was well-organized and hilariously funny.

Bric is awesome to its community. These people are aware, present, and capable. Providing programs, exhibits, markets, education, tools, space, community. I was honored to pop up with MFTA for BRIC, then I got hooked up on their classes and I can’t get enough. Thank you for providing such dynamic in a city that really needs it.

BRIC is AMAZING!! They offer very affordable courses to the public and/or to Brooklyn residents on subjects like photography, podcasting, video, TV/film production, and more. Their building is beautiful, and the classes are excellent. What an incredible community resource. They have other community events that I have yet to attend, but plan to. Very excited that this place exists.

I took a glass animal making class with Richard Paz. I learned so much in one day.

Thrilled to see this school of the arts is still around. It must be more than 20 years ago that I took a course. The teachers are all fair and kind. I loved the trips outside to do video films. No place better exists.

I went to the “Celebrate Brooklyn” event and loved it! What a wonderful set of free concerts and artists that really helped revitalize the people after the long isolation of COVID. An absolute lovely group of people who you can tell truly care. Looking forward to all things they’re doing in the future. Great organization!
