At the moment, I have no choice, I have to use this pharmacy to collect my tablets from the hospital it is a 30-mile round trip. They don't offer a delivery or postage service.

The employees at the pharmacy are kind , when its busy you can see them working extremely hard to get tasks done quickly and effectively. Reliable pharmacy 👍🏼

Always have the best interest in the patients even if they’re short staffed, so everyone cut them some slack :D

Time:
They are quite fast in dispensing prescriptions, and usually give a waiting time of 15minutes. Most times, you’ll get the medications before the time.
Dispensing Error:
I was prescribed 500mg of a X twice daily for 5 days. The pharmacist dispensed 250mg and instructed me to take 2 tablets twice daily for 5 days. Which means I have to use a total of 4 tablets a day. 4 tablets for 5 days = 20tablets. Instead they dispensed 10 tablets.
Even the grave error was printed boldly on the prescription pack.

Not getting any better. I left a prescription on Friday lunchtime. There was a queue and it can take 40 minutes even if there isn't one, so I said that I would pick it up on Monday. Went this morning at 9.45 to be told that it was being checked and would be ready in 10 minutes. 20 minutes later they still said that it was being checked. 7 working hours for a prescription to be ready. Surely it could have been done on the Friday afternoon ready to be just picked up on the Monday.
The contract for this pharmacy really needs to be given to someone who can run it efficiently.

Nice friendly staff. Was told the wait would be 15-20 minutes after 35 minutes they explained they are having to redo my wife's medication (due to an incompetent Dr) Obviously very rushed off their feet. Despite people continuously asking questions and being irritated at the wait they're doing a great job.

The staff were really kind and helpful. My daughter was very poorly and we arrived from a&e with a prescription just after they had closed & were going home, but they re-opened especially for us to make up the prescription for her and were really lovely & helpful. I was very thankful that they went out of their way to do this for us, when they had already finished for the day.
