My partner booked in to see Dr Nick Bassal for a psychology appointment. $250 later (or there abouts), the appointment lasted 20 min !!! A psych appointment, especially an intro. This is really unfair … and especially as it takes a lot of courage for someone to book in for therapy & to be met with a quick consult is very dismissive. We both feel ripped off.

Dr Bassal has been my primary practitioner for more than a decade. I went through several until he was recommended to me. I could not recommend him more. He is an effective, caring, genuine, humble and thorough healthcare professional with a fantastic sense of humour. A combination that is very rare in this industry. I am grateful that I found him as he has changed my life invaluably for the better.

Very happy I took my friends recommendation to come here. The Front desk staff were super lovely and jovial. There's water and tea available while you wait. And Doc Bassal is amazing! He Is super kind, understanding and explains everything down to the molecule! Lovely bright corner office with giant plants make it feel very welcoming! Highly recommend!

Right from first contact, everyone was professional and very warm. And I got to meet with Dr Nick quite quickly. A very easy process - with indications of an early positive health outcome. He is a great communicator, which makes for quick establishment of trust.

I went in this morning and was pleasantly surprised by how well I was looked after. I was nervous about seeing a new GP, but Dr Nick started by giving me the opportunity to say what I was looking for, and I felt thoroughly seen and heard in my requests. My opinions mattered, and Nick was very perceptive in picking up on my key areas of concern. I was given options, without any push to take them up unless I was ready, and I left feeling happier for having gone through this whole experience.

This was my first time seeing a holistic health practitioner and I gotta say: I’m already a convert! I felt well taken care of from the moment I walked in. My doctor, Rebecca Bau, listened intently and allowed me to feel heard and understood. I felt immediate relief from the acupuncture we did, and am also feeling positive about my new Chinese medicine regiment. I look forward to seeing how things progress in the weeks to come.
