AVOID TWO TREES… it’s a a shame because the front desk and maintenance staff are amazing. That is the only reason for a star, once you get past that this management team is one of the worst I have worked with. Lived here three years and only had all elevators working for maybe a week of that time, consistently one to two elevators out which is quite fun with 300 units in the building. Then comes days without water because they don’t maintain the property and have leaks or pumps break, HVAC regularly go out so cold or hot air isn’t available when you want it. Best part is they don’t negotiate with renters so you overpay for an under managed property, even better if your a condo owner and they forget to appeal taxes…(which they did) if you can find a condo owner maybe your luck is better but nothing but disappointment in the Two Trees staff particularly at this building.

My wife and I are moving in next month. Overall, the staff was professional/courteous and made themselves available to respond to calls or emails in a timely manner, which I appreciate. The process was efficient for the most part. The only critique I have is that at times we felt rushed and that if we didn't hand over something to them immediately, then it would all fall apart. It took several phone calls and a few hours of administration on our part to have everything sorted, this felt unnecessarily rushed since we had already paid the deposit and first month's rent prior to being required to submit extensive documentation on employment and previous rental history. So be prepared to do a bit of paperwork and have your employer and current landlord contacted within 24 hours of signing the lease & putting down money.

My daughter visited cant give a personal rating but she says they have decent services

I recently moved in and have to say it's one of the best move in experiences I've had. First, the responsiveness of the Management Team has been great. From scheduling appointments to view the space, to helping me navigate the community settings, they've been friendly and helpful. The Maintenance Staff has also been great with putting the final touches on move in details. The Management and Maintenance Teams have been extremely responsive, kind and professional. Finally, on the day of my arrival, I was flying in from another state with my cat. The Management Team was very patient and flexible scheduling a time to meet me at my residence for my pre-move in checklist, and the awesome icing on the cake was the welcome package they gave me, which included toys for my cat!

Lived 15 years as owner at 110 Livingston,; switched to renting 10 months ago. Disappointing experience all round as a renter.

Well-managed building with great staff

Historic McKim, Mead & White building that originally served as the Elks Club headquarters before becoming the headquarters for NYC's Board of Education. Near the center of downtown Brooklyn/Brooklyn Heights.
