Taco Bell

I’ve never not been able to get water at a fast food establishment. Isn’t rejecting a customer water after buying food illegal?

I waited over ten minutes in the drive-thru for my food, only to receive an incomplete order. I took the survey they said someone would reach out. They email me asking for my information but I'm unable to answer them because their mailbox is full.

So I live 5 miles from here. My kids want to eat here daily. Usually I get myself together after a long, hard day to drive to the one across town. We have stopped at this 100s of times and there is always something going on. Just like tonight. Ordered one chicken quesadilla and a box which was missing my chalupa. The last time on one of my children’s spicy potato, soft tacos there was two pieces of potato. Both times before that we were missing something. My family and I love Taco Bell, but as this one is the closest one we have learned to dread eating there, and we let everybody know. I will not even take the time tonight to get my receipt and call them as that happens so often for us. Stay away from this place. At least until they get it together, and that has not happened in years

Orgered the #9 Mexican pizza and two taco supremes. I had absolutely the worst tasting Mexican pizza. The tortilla tasted so bad it tasted like chemicals snd left a terrible taste in my mouth. I believe it was over fried, not sure. They made me a new one. I believe with fresh fried tortillas. It was so much better. The tacos tasted fine. I used to work at Taco Bell in 1985 in HS.

Asked for 2 number 6s and only got one. The guy only handed me one meal and I said they were missing a meal. He then decided to argue to me about how he only charged me for one so I said I asked for two, he can charge my card again but I still want my other meal. This man’s tone of voice was dead wrong. He asked me if I wanted it chicken or steak I said chicken. Once I got home they were all steak. Save yourself the time and go to the other Taco Bell down the street.

First off I wanted over 35 minutes for my food in line I was only on break for an hour, being that this took up most of my lunch break I was very upset. Once I returned to work and was going to eat my food I noticed I had a bug in my.. this is so disgusting and disturbing I am very upset and I do not recommend this place at all. I have called serves time no one has answered they picked up once and then hung up. Something needs to be done about this !

Got home and there was a hair in my food. It’s under the melted cheese. Tried calling to let them know and there was no answer.
