Epic place to stand and take in the history of what happened here!

It was so worth the extra money to have the explorer tour. Our tour guide, Margaret, was very intelligent in space and NASA knowledge. She was kind and had some good jokes. I would highly recommend this tour if you enjoy learning about space travel and how NASA works. You really do see significantly more than if you were to just do the normal tour.

This is a stop on the KSC Explore Tour add-on experience. This location offers a close-up view of the Vehicle Assembly Building (VAB) as well as artifacts from the Kennedy Space Center, including: Emergency Crew Evacuation Vehicle for the Space Shuttle, Space Shuttle Orbiter Access Arm, and an Orion Spacecraft Launch Abort System.

There are no restroom facilities and limited cover from the Sun.

The first explorations and discoveries of space through technology went through these building structures. The first steps on the moon followed the last steps of man on earth, which took place in this part of the earth, in the NASA structure. The world must revere this Organization focused on technology and new discoveries. The challenges continue and the goals will always be new. Congratulations to NASA.
