This is my first time going to Ootoya AEON BSD and the service is very good, Kak Nadya is very informative and kind to me, my mother, and my brother. We come during my mom's birthday and Kak Nadya is very sweet although we only order 1 bday treat, dessert, and drink. She gave us 3 extra bowls without us asking for it which is very nice of her. Food taste authentic, chawanmushi is 10/10 and the ocha is a BOMBBBB! A great experience for a special day thanks to kak Nadya. Thank you Kak Nadya and Ootoya AEON BSD!
My favorite part of this restaurant was the friendly and curteous service. The ambiance was calm and comfortable, food was good and reasonably priced.
In terms of authenticity, it is very close to what you would get for home cooked Japanese food. Great food, great atmosphere and excellent customer service.

Just feeling like Otoya in Japan. If you want to try real Japanese daily cuisine, this place might be the one of the most feasible place in Jakarta. A bit pricy rather than Japan, but apa boleh buat kalau kita bisa makan Tori dango nabe (chicken ball hotpot) di sini..
