I recently visited the Starbucks pick-up location at Vaughan Mills, and it was a pretty smooth experience. The location is convenient, right near the main entrance, which makes it easy to grab your coffee while shopping. The staff was friendly and efficient, and my order was ready almost exactly on time. The only downside was that the pick-up area can get a bit crowded during peak hours, which might slow down the process a bit. Overall, a solid spot for a quick coffee run while you're at the mall.

Please save your time and money on ordering beverages from this location. They took forever to take the order and it was a wrong item. They did give me the item I needed but it was a waste of money. Non diary salted caramel cookie matcha did not taste like it tasted from any other location I have tried but it tasted like a cold milk. I have never had a bad experience from Starbucks anywhere else in the world except this location. So please do yourself a favour from wasting time and money.

I work at Vaughn Mills our store ran out of water so I went to go get a cup of water from them (no ice). One employee (Don’t know her name but I know what she looks like). Was being extremely nice to everyone around me. She was going out of her way to make sure everyone’s drinks were amazing and did a lot of extra work for them. (I was waiting for a cup of water for about 25 mins) my break was almost over and I had to walk back still. I kindly asked her “hey umm I really don’t want to bother you but would it be possible I could get a cup of water no ice? I’ve been waiting for about 25 mins and my breaks almost done.” She got PISSED OFF and looked at me like I was an idiot and said “UM SIR CANT YOU SEE IM BUSY? YOU NEED TO WAIT OTHER PEOPLE HAVE ACTUALLY DECIDED TO PAY FOR THEIR DRINKS”. Me being very confused said: “yes I understand and I’m sorry but could you just run it under the tap until it’s full it’ll take about 10 seconds and I’ll be out of you way, sorry!” So she got even more angry and said “WAIT YOURE GONNA SIT THERE AND WAIT FOR WHEN IT COMES”.

Good service. I am not a huge fan of their drinks

As always, friendly and consistent service from Starbucks at reasonable fare considering the area.
My first time trying their Egg White Bites which were actually pretty yummy to be honest and I'm glad they have an option which doesn't contain dairy.
A killer rewards scheme is always super handy too.

Was there yesterday and ordered my regular coffee with very light ice and they gave me 15 -20 cubes of ice in it, I fail to understand do they not understand the meaning of light ice??
Are those many ice cubes the light ice ??????if yes, then what is the normal ice that they give to people and that in a small coffee .I got sick the next day I have throat pain.

i come here all the time before work. The staff are super friendly and service is always great.
