Rude staff, low service quality, worst experience ever

The sotong staff doesnt want to give me mc while im frickin sick..da heck bruv i just need mc for my work and thats it..what kind of attitude is that??

Poor staff and doctors. What kind of rules that afternoon come can’t get mc . The doc judge and said some people just want the mc and wake up late and come . Really bad attitude I really don’t know what kind of doctor is that ! Dr.Ian Tan Jeng Wen

I am not sure why they have a phone number. They are not picking up the call even if we called them for more than one hour. I can't book cab and go to the clinic just to inquire something. Always happening like this. This is not the first time. I'm not against this clinic or something. I'm just disappointed with what's happening. Other than that, everything is fine and good. 👍😊

Pls apply the word system from queuing up, registration & the rest.. If you are too busy & understaffed to attend to patients, then put plenty of announcements at each counter/wall. People are asking because they are not sure.. Most importantly the cleanliness need to be improved..

Everything is okay..the hospitality and the staffs' attitude are excellent..they are nice and friendly..just there are too many people everytime and the location of the clinic is not too strategic..hard to find parking lot and such a crowd on the road with the ambulance and cars..but the other thing is just excellent🌟🌟

Those nurses some so nice & friendly, but got some attitude bad. Otherwise they systematic for line up so x4 bad. Do u think baby can wait so long time!!!!
