Es handelt sich um ein sehr gutes Unternehmen, das Ihnen bei der Wohnungssuche hervorragend hilft und im Gegensatz zu anderen Unternehmen sehr verständnisvoll gegenüber seinen Kunden ist.

But be careful they charge A LOT for extra costs (Nebenkosten) i.e electricity/water and especially heating yep they are going to take a lot of money

Price:
READ very well the amount of the electricity and gas COSTS in the contract, electricity and gas are too much expensive.
Appearance:
The room doesn't look like in the photos, it's an old flat at the 4th level (but I had the possibility to visit the room before rent it). They are trying to renew it.
Issues:
For the first two weeks in the flat wasn't any kitchen (I had to eat outside) and for more than two weeks was there two mens building up the new kitchen (a lot of dust and noises). They worked using the electricity of the apartment (payed by me and the other 3 guys).
We don't received any REFUND from the renter for this issue.
When I asked for a second blankets, to wash that one that I was using, they respond me that is possible, but nobody gave it to me.
The room number 3 smells bad (smell of closed and attic) even after deep cleaning and many days with the window open.
Furniture:
Except the first 10 days/ 2 weeks without kitchen the furniture was good.
Location:
The location is perfect.
Persons:
The persons that I've talked with was polite and repleyd me to every mail/call.
I had no problem when it was time to receive back the caution.

Stayed in these flights for three nights as part of a weekend visit to Dortmund. Both the location and price are excellent, whilst the owner can provide an airport transfer which is very helpful. Will definitely be looking stay on our next visit to watch Borussia.

it has many advantages close to the city center, easy access to all Dortmund,
above of all the flat owner is very supportive, easy going. For me it was great time i spent in this room.
