A very well connected Metro station on the Red line of the metro connectivity. It boasts of the InterState Bus stand connecting all the states with buses right outside the metro station.

Being a significant interchange point, the station experiences heavy footfall during peak hours, leading to occasional crowds and long queues. However, the metro authorities have generally managed the crowd effectively, ensuring a smooth flow of passengers.Another advantage of Kashmiri Gate station is its strategic location, which provides easy access to several prominent landmarks and tourist attractions in Delhi, including the Red Fort and Chandni Chowk.However, one area that could be improved is the integration with other modes of transportation. While there are some bus stops nearby, enhancing connectivity with other forms of public transit would further enhance the station's utility.

It was awesome like a junction. All state routes buses are available from here. Amenities are best for sitting and resting for short period of time. All the instructions and timings are displayed on digital screen for easiest understanding. There are separate division for state wise buses.

Fact: morning time samypur baadli metro runs with less crowd if you are not able to catch huda City metro then you catch samypur baadli metro to civil and then you can caught huda City centre metro with less crowd
And another fact is that huda City centre metro which runs from samypur baadli can have high crowd but the metro which runs from vishwavidyalaya could have less crowd

Really a crowded station, thank god that it has many entry and exit gates so you don't have to stand in long lines for checking. Station has three different floors for three different ways yellow, red and violet.
