This is a beautiful little park along Bear Creek, connected to downtown by a wide walkway. Great place for a morning stroll, picnic, or volleyball game. Has a playground for children

Ok, Red Rocks is an amazing and gorgeous venue. It was my first time and it was worth travelling from out of state to see a show there at least once. I am giving it 4 stars because of the unbelievably long line I had to wait in to get in for a sold out show. Everyone around was amazed. It took well over an hour, and we all missed the two opening acts which we wanted to see. Whatever you do, go early and pay the money for a cab ride to the top so you don't come in from the hiking trail or parking in the roadway by the box office. Otherwise, enjoy and have a fantastic time!
