The Anand Bhawan Museum and Interpretation Centre is situated near the Barabati Fort and Jawaharlal Nehru Indoor Stadium. It is the birthplace and ancestral home of Odisha's Prabad Purush Biju Patnaik and current Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik. The museum contains details about the history of Late Shri Biju Patnaik. The bedrooms, drawing area, dining room, the specs, asthma pump, the many other things which Patnaik used are displayed in the museum

A look into Biju Pattnaik 's (Biju Babu) home. The life he lived and the simplicity he adored. He loved listening to lives of people in govt institutions-not oft travelled places and giving. Making a difference in their lives.

"Live simply and qualitatively. Give abundantly. " Maybe this was his motto.

He was India's finest fighter pilot before becoming a well loved CM. He carried out massive international rescue operations. His wife, a Punjabi was a fighter pilot too.

No tickets needed.

This is ancestral residence of current Odisha Chief Minister Shrijukta Naveen Patnaik - the house of 'Biju Babu'. Late Biju Babu or Shrijukta Bijayananda Patnaik or more famously Biju Patnaik was the 3rd Chief Minister of Odisha (1961-63, & 1990-95) and founder of political party - the Biju Janta Dal (BJD).
Presently the house has been converted into a museum commemorating Biju Babu, by the Government of Odisha. It houses old pictorial archives, daily use furniture, crockery - cutlery, etc. related to Biju Patnaik. The first floor accommodates a computer center and a library. It is located near the Biju Patnaik Chhak (square), in Tulasipur locality of Cuttack. Nearby are the Barabati fort, Barabati stadium, Jawaharlal Nehru Indoor Stadium, Balijatra grounds and Mahanadi River.
