Phones aren't manned, online chats aren't manned, joke

The worst council ever ,like radio stations only sending bills. There never answer phones calls .
Thief’s they want money only not solving the problems

The biggest scam on Merseyside that needs voting out asap, followed by an inquiry into the building of the new council offices, their mismanagement of public funds, and closure of taxpayer-funded facilities. Or at the very least their lack of transparency and failure to adequately communicate to the public that none of the above is true. That's at public level. On the personal level, based on recent experience it seems they operate a lottery system for answering calls. You have a 1 in 365 chance of speaking to a human, who will inevitably give you the wrong answer, decline your request if it involved money, or show off their creative flair in coming up with excuses.

They don't answer the phone or respond to emails!!!

Just moved to the Wirral, love it except for the council tax service… well, non service! Online forms aren’t answered or dealt with properly, if at all. Telephone keeps you on an automated line which is never manned or answered. It’s diabolical.

Cannot find a number to speak to someone. I don’t need housing disability badge … I just want a human being to speak to!

I have received exceptional service from the archival team whilst researching the history of my house, the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable
