LFS Coliseum

fantastic theatre. seats were very comfortable and 7.1 dolby surround sound was absolutely superb. i don’t even live in kl and it’s the best theatre i’ve been to. watch por thozhil in this theatre and sound was superb had goosebumps at the thrilling moments and also watched jailer here and the sound was 100x better than GvMax and it was a great experience. there are also many choices of snacks. this cinema has a built-in restroom as well which is extremely convenient for us. will definitely come back to this cinema whenever i go to KL. Jawan, 8 SEP, 9Pm Show. Was shown at Hall 2. However, Hall only opened at 9.15PM and movie itself started at 9.28PM. I feel like this was done to sell more tickets at the last minute. Nevertheless, whatever the reason is, Most halls open 5-10mins before the showtime. But here, they opened the hall 15 Minutes after the showtime which was scheduled for 9Pm. This isn’t good. Screen projection isn’t the sharpest compared to GSC/TGV but it’s ok since it’s an old building. DOLBY 7.1 Sound was very good to be fair. My only reason for 1 stars is the opening of the hall at 9.15PM when showtime was scheduled to be 9Pm.

Cheap and best had a wonderful movie effect

Very accessible location if you want to watch tamil movies😁althou a bit hard to find a parking lot due to few lots are offering parking space and because of the shops around.Need to be patient when looking for parking.😅

This cinema building is more than a hundred years old and still operating until today. I remember I had to queue to buy a ticket to watch Rajinikant's Sivaji The Boss. What an experience!

Very comfortable seating

As a Kuala Lumpurian my very first theater exposure was Padayappa in 1999 here and fast foward today after 23 years, watched Baba Re-release. The theatre is very well maintained and enhanced with Dolby Atmos Surround 7.1. Seatings are spacious with built in restroom in hall. It's a must go theatre for every Tamil movie
