A great option for solid sushi and burgers. I don't ever mix and get both but both are decent options.

I would recommend everyone try at least once and you will find at least one thing on the menu that you will like.

I did take out recently. My order was ready in like 15 minutes which is very quick. I got several tuna sushi rolls they made accommodations for a gluten allergy. The rules were safe and delicious however we were all the way home before we realized if they had packed tamari instead of soy sauce and our takeout order would have been perfect

Why had we not come here before?!

We loved our server, Matthew, who was super friendly and gave us the best recommendations. Everything came out quickly and was DELICIOUS.

The best part was seeing the creativity of each dish resulting in incredible flavor combinations. The All American burgushi was mouthwatering and the dichotomy of flavors in the Specialty Bento Box was especially AMAZING (good portion sizes too)!

You can’t go wrong with this place. It really has something to please everyone.

We’ll be back!

My family originally went to Cowfish after our reservations at another restaurant hadn’t been honored. It was a compromise - and I didn’t expect to like it. The burgers, sushi, and drinks here are absolutely delicious. I’ve taken multiple trips here with different people over the last six months, and everyone has really liked it! My food has always been prepared correctly, and I’ve spoken to the (very pleasant & involved) owner on multiple occasions. One of the happiest accidents I’ve had restaurant-wise!

This place never disappoints. My boyfriend, and I love it here. The spicy poké dip (more of a tower) was very tasty, and we each found our new favorite burgers: Yo Adrian and The Boursin Bacon Burger. Also, they are very mindful of any allergies which is much appreciated.

Really enjoyed The Cowgish Sushi Burger Bar in Charlotte, North Carolina. I thought it was a very interesting concept. The space was super cool, airy and modern! Service was great. Our server Carlos was very engaging and knowledgeable of the menu. We had the spicy shrimp to start. They were very crispy and not soggy. I love the sauce that came with it. I had the bento box with the Miss Moffett’s roll and the Texas crunch burger. It was absolutely delicious. The sushi was very fresh and tasty and the burger was cooked perfectly. I love the combination of ingredients on it. I love that you get a whole bunch of different things on the side including sweet potato fries and edamame!! They had a very good wine/beer list and drink menu as well. I’ll definitely go back and try something else.

My daughter refuses to go to Charlotte and not eat at Cowfish. She knows we will let her have a milkshake (always the Cookies and Cream!). The kids meals are decent, but we usually end up splitting our entrees with my daughter. Not a raw sushi fan, but the Spicy Crunchy Roll was great! Their turkey burgers and chicken are great - I don’t eat red meat so I can’t speak to the burger personally (but I love that there are so many options for protein). I like their regular fries over the sweet potato fries (they aren’t bad, just prefer the regular fries!) And of course the milkshakes - the Grasshopper is sooo good. My husband nicely let me steal a taste of the Blackout Shake and if you like chocolate - get this one! Our servers have all been fantastic as well, never had a bad meal or experience.
