There's nothing like the West Bank.

If you want to step out of your own reality and actually step into a world of different culture. I've lived in the city my whole life and never have gone such a short distance to see and experience something so different in my modain way of thinking of my surroundings. I actually had Somalian food and it was so good.

People are nice but not really a mall

It's not really a mall.
There is a few stores just connected.(basically) it's just a handful if Somali owned stores. I guess it would be a strip mall! Each store has their own entrance.
The stores I have visited... the 'staff'is usually pretty friendly!

It's not a safe place to shop even women yelling their voices were loud

The food is tasty and fresh. I wear the beautiful batis I buy there (2 for $25-$30) as a house dress or nightgown; the people are friendly and I usually learn a word or 2 in Somali. I’d go every day if I had the time. It feels like I’ve saved the airfare and am on a mini vaca in Somalia.
