Fantastic gardens with lovely knowledgeable friendly workers
This must be the most delightful garden in all of England. It’s run by volunteers who take great care in the upkeep and maintenance of the property.
I should mention, it most definitely is not a pick-your-own establishment. The fruits and veg are not for picking by the public. But I found there to be delightful surprises to entice the senses at every turn.

Beautiful little garden with hidden gems in every corner. Visited in early June.
Little known fruit, veg and flower separated area in corner of park.small but historical and relaxing,not open all park hours so do check
Lovely little vegetable garden with vegetables fit for a queen, ponds with bamboo shoots, lilies and loads of gorgeous flora including lavender and Allium. Definitely worth a visit. Run by volunteers, I think.
Beautifully design lovely throughout the year
Such a nice place to relax on a summer Sunday afternoon. You can see a lot of different herbs, flowers, fruit trees and vegetable growing
