MAC Museum of Contemporary Art

Very interesting museum with different artists and rooms that showcase different contemporary pieces both in style and Chanel. The building is beautiful and it is free entrance

It's great to visit a Contemporary Art museum for free. Quite a few exhibitions here, I liked the most ones by Elisabeth Burmann Littin and Federico Assler. I think as a traveler I had a chance to visit a better modern art museum but as a free museum it's good. It's a pity there is no information in English or a guided tour (even in Spanish)

Only a few rooms open on one floor. Very limited generic photographs and a few poor quality video projections of some Antarctic industrial exploration and nothing else. Didn’t see any artwork, no cafe, no exhibits open, free to enter but very disappointing and definitely not worth a visit. Confused by the current rating - perhaps it has previously had more exhibits?

This is the spot for national and international contemporary artists. No cost at all. You can park your bike out or inside, down at the lowest floor. Give it a try!!

A modern art museum run by the University (one of the MAC's two sites). It's mainly installations with a lot of video content. Was impressed by the quality (I'm not normally one for art films). Building itself is very impressive. There is a cafe inside as well. Entry is free and you can go through the back straight into the Fine Art museum.
