Cafe Bistro

I recently dined at Bistro Nordstrom, and unfortunately, the experience was far from what I expected. Not only did I find a hair on my plate, but the overall customer service was poor. The staff seemed inattentive, and there was a general lack of hospitality throughout the visit. Although I didn’t bring up the issue at the time, the lack of attention to detail—both in cleanliness and service—was a major letdown. For a place with Nordstrom’s reputation, this was extremely disappointing. I’m not sure I’ll be returning anytime soon.

I had the Bistro Platter which was delicious. Alicia provided excellent service.

Always enjoyed the crab bisque & the cilantro lime shrimp salad. Soooo good! The pizza was also good. I haven’t been in a while but I will stop by soon!

Went on my lunch to get the Crab Bisque and grilled cheese. They notified me that they changed the cheese but I didn’t think it would look like this. I got back to see this disaster of a grilled cheese and when I went back to complain they all looked at me crazy and one lady working there got an attitude with me about it. This is not a grilled cheese. It looks like they sprinkled shredded cheese on it and called it a day. I am not used to this from cafe bistro, I am very disappointed.

The turkey avocado sandwich was fantastic!

My first time there and I had a very tasty, healthy salmon salad. The waiter was very attentive as well.
