🌟Top Rated Reviewer🌟Always a mess,but this year tops it off. I'm here every year for a 200K person convention🐉and they never have enough staff. What tops it off this time is the convenience fees 💸 ($16 for a plain bagel sandwich and med coffee) and minimum size order! Yes, now I can't even order a small latte, the minimum size order was medium with a 40min wait. ⏳ Someone please get this locay under control!

Impressive service during a very busy convention weekend. There was a line down the hall almost constantly and despite that, drinks still came out with remarkable speed. I ordered 3 drinks and all were in my hands within just a few minutes. Food items such as sandwiches that needed to be heated up took a *very* long time, but they only have one oven to work with so it was completely understandable. All staff were nice too. Drinks all turned out great the multiple times I visited over the few days I was at the Marquis.

Im so excited there was a Caribou right by my hotel. I haven't had Caribou in 10 years since they closed the ones in Ohio. It was exactly as i remembered. best coffee shop in my opinion.

Food Court style location with fast and friendly staff. Went twice so far with no complaints about anything. Can get a line but they move quickly.

I stopped by to get a quick bite for breakfast. I had the Lumberjack breakfast sandwich. When I opened the wrapper, the bread was so warm and soft. The cheese was melted. It had two eggs and some ham and bacon on it. Really good breakfast when on the run. Price was good and service was quick.
