Worst place, full slum area , no neatness , very old building, full of issues,
The entire building construction is very bad quality, many flats have water leakage problems, the terrace cracks , no proper cleaning, the community becomes very dirty and old , many repairs are there
Its an old mini society with a play area and decent parking. However the road is very bad. Am not sure security is rhat great either.
Wonderful place to stay and it's family friends apartment , near to wipro ,infosys , Amazon , Accenture and hospitals
Many of the houses here, including mine, are affected by termites. Those who want to stay here should think twice.
The monthly maintenance charge is 2,200 rupees. Additionally, the house owner never mentioned anything about water supply scarcity in the building. However, they charge an additional 1,200 to 2,000 rupees for water, which seems to be a bit steep.

Construction wise moderate and location wise good as you can access waverock,khajaguda, wipro circle all these places very easily. Schools , Hospitals, market, Offices all are available in very short distance.
Nice society, either for family or beachlors.
