It's the wife that's a fan of fish and chips, not me. But that being said, this place is superb. Chips are chunky and not too greasy, and the cod is juicy and falls apart when you touch it. I walked in on a Saturday night, ordered 3 large cod and chips, and walked out 6 minutes later where the fish had been cooked fresh for me. Love the efficiency, and the couple serving are super friendly.

I'm sure the wife will send me out for more of this.

Used this fishbar for 20 odd years, although not my closest. Ran by the same Chinese couple. Really good quality fish and chips with good portion size. To pups and the city centre close by, so can get busy at times but phone orders can be placed. We'll worth a visit if you're vin the area😁
